Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all services. However, we reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance that may temporarily affect service availability. We will provide advance notice of planned maintenance whenever possible.
3. User Accounts
To use our services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Keeping your account information up-to-date

Billing and Invoicing
- Invoices are generated automatically based on your billing cycle
- Payment is due immediately upon invoice generation
- Services may be suspended if payment is not received within 7 days of the due date
- Late payment fees may apply as specified in your service agreement
Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers on shared hosting and WordPress hosting plans. VPS and dedicated services have a 7-day money-back guarantee. Refunds do not apply to:
- Domain registration fees
- Setup fees
- SSL certificate costs
- Add-on services
- Accounts terminated for policy violations
Auto-Renewal: Services automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You can disable auto-renewal in your account settings.

Uptime is calculated as the percentage of time our servers are operational and accessible. Planned maintenance is excluded from uptime calculations when proper notice is provided.
SLA Credits
If we fail to meet our uptime guarantee, you may be eligible for service credits:
- 99.0% - 99.8% uptime: 10% service credit
- 98.0% - 98.9% uptime: 25% service credit
- Below 98.0% uptime: 50% service credit
SLA Claims: Credits must be requested within 30 days of the incident and are applied to your next invoice.
8. Customer Support
We provide 24/7 technical support through multiple channels including live chat, email tickets, and phone support (for premium plans).
Support Scope
Our support team assists with:
- Server and hosting-related issues
- Account and billing questions
- Technical configuration guidance
- Service troubleshooting
- Security incident response
Response Times
- Critical Issues: 1 hour
- High Priority: 4 hours
- Normal Priority: 24 hours
- Low Priority: 48 hours
Note: Response times may vary during high-volume periods or holidays. Third-party software support may be limited.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with appropriate notice. Services may be terminated immediately for policy violations or non-payment.
Termination by Customer
You may cancel your services at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current billing cycle unless you request immediate termination.
Termination by BitBit.in
We may terminate or suspend services immediately if:
- Payment is overdue by more than 7 days
- Terms of Service are violated
- Illegal activities are detected
- Service abuse occurs
- Required by law or legal process
Data Backup and Recovery
Upon termination, you have 30 days to retrieve your data. After this period, all data may be permanently deleted. Regular backups are your responsibility.
Important: Ensure you have current backups before terminating services. We are not responsible for data loss after account termination.
10. Limitation of Liability
BitBit.in's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Disclaimers
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement of third-party rights
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Security of data transmission
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, network failures, or other force majeure events.
Data Backup: You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We recommend regular, automated backups.
11. Modifications to Terms
